Creating Work. Creating Income. Creating Change.
Moshi Her Future Initiative
We bring women and girls in Moshi together to produce, sell, and earn. Not a training center. A production center.
Our Founder
A Vision Born in Moshi
Moshi Her Future was born from a simple observation: women in Moshi are strong, skilled, and ready to work — but they lack a place to work, materials to work with, and a market to sell to.
Our founder grew up in Moshi and saw firsthand how women held their families together through hard work and determination. She also saw how many were held back — not by lack of ability, but by lack of opportunity.
Instead of creating another training program, she asked a different question: "What if we just gave women a place to work and let them earn?"
That question became Moshi Her Future. Today, 20 women come together every day to produce, sell, and earn. Not as beneficiaries. As workers. As entrepreneurs. As women building their own futures.
